Shipping policy

Maura Lane Home offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more to United States addresses supported at checkout. The threshold is based on merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. For orders below $50, available shipping charges are shown before payment.

Fulfillment and timing

Products may ship directly from our supplier partners and may arrive in separate packages. Shipment and delivery estimates vary by item and destination; refer to the product page and checkout for any specific estimate. If no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days of receiving a complete order. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of consenting to a revised shipment date or canceling the unshipped portion for a full refund. If consent is not obtained where required, we will cancel and promptly refund the affected unshipped merchandise.

We send tracking information when available after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments. Larger mirrors and furniture may require a carrier appointment; assembly, installation, and white-glove services are not included unless expressly stated on the product page. An unsupported delivery address cannot be served through checkout.

Costs and addresses

Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. We will not add an unapproved freight or import surcharge after purchase; if an order cannot be delivered on the displayed terms, we will contact you and offer cancellation and a full refund. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us immediately about corrections. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

Delivery problems
